badly warped hull half of the old Hartford.

I got a nice old Aurora Hartford on Ebay but, alas the hull is warped.

The right side has the bow bowed out and the stern and keel warped upward.

I have broken three aligning pins already. I am afraid of breaking the ship by forcing the hull halves together.

I am sad.
