Could Not Wait Until Its Official

I stumbled across this picture this morning and thought it was a great prelude to my upcoming 71st in two months, kind of an early warning to the local fire department.
But seriously (and no less fun) here are some examples of N Scale cardstock buildings I have completed recently for the layout.
Each was built using Model Builder software, printed on tri-fold brochure paper, glued to balsa wood with spray adhesive and assembled.
The 45-degree wall clamp was instrumental in achieving the right-angle corners.

Here are a few photos or recently completed N Scale paper-based building models suited for railroad layout pickup and delivery customers.

My wife's favorite

Bailey's Produce is an early attempt at mixing "building materials".

This one taught me roofing material also needs to have thicker base material.

Weston Brick and Block is one of my favorites. It just needs a large area to allow for a yard full of product.

This is a small town tri-block with three two-story shops. This is a sampling of the cardstock buildings I have recently completed using some of the new tools and techniques I have learned from being a member of this group. Thanks to everyone for your contributions in making my N Scale layout a lot better than I had planned.
