Many 1/10th scale cars and trucks rival the real thing when it comes to air brushing but the real mural quality show carswould be far too much detail for a modeler to duplicate.

Case in point: This Ohio "Heroes" Ford 4X4 owned by the Dale Ison Logging Co., Hillsboro, OH.

“It’s designed to honor military, firefighters, nurses ... anyone who helps America,” said owner Dale Ison. The truck took five years and $650,000 to build, and it wasn't Ison’s first show truck.Ison has been touring with the Heroes truck for three years, and he’s continually amazed at the response. A Marine who had been wounded in Iraq wanted to give his Purple Heart to Ison.

“That’s the affect it has,” Ison said.
