Curves

Sure would like to see an article devoted to laying out a curve. It's been done many times before , but what I would like to see is an overlay of the two types. Traditional given radius and the same radi with the easements with all the details explaining the difference.

SMH Responds: I never did get into making my own track and the discussion on curves and easements always seemed to make my head swirl.

I did see a good article on this back around 2000 in Trains Magazine in a library. I researched this through Trains.com and found the information you wanted.
